Return Conditions

Refunds

After your returned item is received and successfully inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Refunds will be provided via:

  • Bank transfer, or
  • Store credit (based on customer preference)

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products purchased under clearance or final sale offers

Exchange Policy
