Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Accepted Reasons: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective item

    • Size mismatch (clothing)

    • Product significantly different from the description

  • Return Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) must be provided.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@sandox.com or via the website’s Contact Us form.

  2. Mention your order ID, reason for return, and share clear images if needed.

  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send it back.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, your return will be approved or declined.


Refunds

  • Once your returned product is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, based on your preference.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or personal hygiene products

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if any)


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the desired size or color.
