Returns

Return Conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Mention your order ID, reason for return, and share clear images if needed.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send it back.

Once the product is received and inspected, your return will be approved or declined.
Refunds

Once your returned product is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
